NAIJABETX is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. You confirm you are of legal age and that betting is permitted where you are located. Accounts suspected of belonging to a minor are closed and bets are voided.

Registration uses your mobile phone number and a password you choose. You must provide accurate details and keep your password private. Activity from your account is treated as your own.

Each person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts or accounts opened on behalf of another person may be restricted and related bonuses removed.

Deposits are made in TZS through the mobile money methods listed in the footer. Funds must come from an account in your own name. New accounts always start at TZS 0.00 — NAIJABETX never credits money automatically.

Withdrawals are paid back to your registered mobile money number. A 2% processing fee is shown on the withdrawal receipt before you confirm. You can only withdraw funds that are not committed to open bets.

Bets are settled on the result recorded in our system for that fixture. Where a market has specific rules — such as first-half, second-half, corners or cards markets — only events inside that period count.

Odds can move at any time before a bet is accepted. If the odds for a selection change while it is in your betslip, the bet is placed at the odds shown at the moment of acceptance.

A bet exists only once it is accepted and given a bet reference and booking code. Bets are rejected if the fixture has already started, your balance is insufficient, or the selection is no longer available.

Bets settle after the fixture finishes. Winnings, including any applicable tax deduction shown on your betslip, are credited to your wallet automatically. Settlement is final once applied unless an obvious error is corrected.

If a fixture is cancelled or postponed and does not take place within a reasonable period, affected selections are treated as void and removed from the bet.

A void selection is priced at 1.00 and no longer affects the outcome. Where every selection in a bet is void, the stake is returned to your wallet in full.

Any promotion published on NAIJABETX carries its own conditions, which are shown with the offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated, and abuse of an offer may lead to its removal.

We may suspend or limit an account where there is a security concern, a breach of these terms, or a request from the account holder. Where funds are unaffected by the issue, they remain available to you.

Manipulating results, exploiting technical faults, using stolen payment details or automated betting tools is prohibited. Bets placed through such activity are void.

We collect only the details needed to run your account and process transactions. Winner feeds and public betslip links never show a full phone number or personal information.
